Article 1: General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases you make via the Chayah webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. The most recent version can always be found on our website.
Article 2: Offer
All products on our website have been carefully composed and described. We do our best to display the information, images and prices as accurately as possible. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Article 3: Prices
The prices of our products are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process. We strive for transparency in our pricing and offer fair compensation to our artisans.
Article 4: Payment
At Chayah you can pay safely via different payment methods. The payment takes place during the checkout process. Once your payment is received, your order will be processed.
Article 5: Shipping
We ship our products with care and in sustainable packaging. Shipping costs are stated during checkout. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the delivery service.
Article 6: Returns and Warranty
At Chayah, we strive to provide you with unique, high-quality, handmade products. Should you receive a product that is defective, has the wrong specifications, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, we have a simple solution for you. You can choose to donate, give away, or recycle the product. In addition, we offer you the option to receive a replacement product free of charge or a full refund, including shipping costs.
For products that are intact and that you want to return for whatever reason, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. It is important that the product is undamaged and in its original condition. Please note that the shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund or send you a replacement item.
To start the return process, you can send an email to info.chayah@gmail.com with your order number and details of your return request. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the next steps. Please note that personalized or customized products can only be returned in the event of a defect.

Article 8: Liability
Chayah is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of our products or the website, unless such damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Article 9: Disputes
If we still can't reach an agreement, we will ask an independent party for advice. Of course, we don't expect it to get to that point.
Article 10: Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes arising from shopping at Chayah.
